Lazy Summer Days…

| ....are wonderful for lying on a blanket in the shade... |

| ....or playing on your tummy on a blanket in the shade.... |

| ....or SITTING UP on a blanket in the shade. Yep....sweet baby is pefecting the "sitting up" feat. It is more fun to work on it outside on a soft blanket in the grass as compared to inside on hardwood floors! |

| Playing "Sorry" is another great thing to do on a blanket in the shade.... |
 |
| ....and so is coloring and writing letters! |
 |
| I love "blanket time" in the summer......these beautiful, warm, breezy days are worth slowing down to enjoy!!! |

Sweet Land of Liberty Celebration

| A morning bike ride...they hit the bike trails for the 1st time since we moved here. |

| A baby's 1st 4th....5 months old today! |

| We opted to watch the parade even though we were invited to ride the float. |

| The little kids got the loot....but the big kids enjoyed the fruit of their labors. Except Brock did get up and do a football touchdown dive for the extra big bags of "Sour Gummys" that got thrown our way. |

| Moe was handed a blue necklace and it assessorized his cut-off t-shirt nicely! |

| ...and "little mother" big sister does a nice job of swinging him to sleep for me when he needs a nap. |
