College Bound

This is the only picutre I took of Ky on his trip to college!  We had all his belongings in 7 pieces of luggage and had to travel by car, bus, subway, and tram to get to the airport check-in....all with a stroller and car seat, too!  But, most importantly, Ky has settled into his dorm and is loving his college life.  We couldn't be more happier for him!
We miss him, though!!!



I realized that I hadn't taken any pictures of Anton to prove that he went to Florida at the age of 2.  So, I nabbed this quick photpo before we went into the airport for our trip home.  He set a family member record of being the youngest to take a plane ride....4 of his siblings have never been on a plane before.
But, hopefully, by plane or driving, we can all visit Big Brother soon!

14 on the 14th!

Our Golden boy turned 14 today!



He says he is a professional candle lighter because of his experience as an altar server.  Nacho is a candle lighter in training.

Moe received new golfing clothes....he is now ready for the course.
3:45pm tee time....here they come!

Teacups and Tutus

This morning, Buttercup and I attended a Mother Daughter Tea.

We enjoyed many delicious finger foods, scones and tea and had an etiquette lesson on the proper way to have tea.

Buttercup was the perfect date....



...and it was fun to be with the other girls from her Little Flowers Group.



In the afternoon....

....we all watched Coco....



...dance in her very 1st dance rectial.



She danced beautifully...

...and was very excited to wear her hair in a bun!

Coco takes dance lessons at her gymnastic gym as part of her overall gymnastic instruction.....so, it was no surprise when she had to grab hold of the bars on her way out after the recital!!

I will take a Saturday filled with teacups and tutus anyday!!
A big thank you to my girls for the wonderful memories today!!!

The Graduate

Ky graduated from high school with honors on May 29.



A special day shared with grandparents.....



...and family.

Hard to believe that is MY little boy holding that diploma!

He is now looking ahead to the next chapter in his life....

...which will involve classes at AVE MARIA!

We had a party to celebrate all Ky's accomplishments, and the hit of the party was the lemonade...hands down!!

The cake had a picture of his first day of kindergarten on 8/22/02 and a Senior picture taken 13 years later!!!
That is 13 years of Ky doing an amazing job and far exceeding what we had ever hoped and dreamed for him!!!  We pray that he will continue to grow and aim high in all his future goals!!!

Home Gym

Coco elevated her floor beam today to make it more like the beam at her gym.

...so that on the days she doesn't have gymnastic class...

....she can be working on her skills!
