To my Godfather:
We made a recipe this week-end that was a hit with everyone! We all love to eat cookie dough, and mom said this was a good recipe where we didn't have to worry about raw eggs! Tell my Godmother to make them for you! I hope you enjoy them! Cole
Cookie
Dough Balls
2
1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter or margarine, room temperature
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup milk
Mini or regular size M&M's, Chocolate Chips or Both
Chocolate chips or chocolate bark for dipping
Directions:
Beat butter and
sugars until light and
fluffy. Add milk and vanilla. Stir in flour and salt and mix on low speed. Stir in M&Ms or chocolate chips (or both).
Cover
and chill dough for 1 hour.
When dough is firm enough to handle, form dough into balls and arrange
on a baking sheet lined with waxed paper. Place sheets in freezer and let chill
for 30 minutes.
Melt chocolate chips/bark in microwave stirring every 30 seconds until it is
completely melted. Dip cookie balls into chocolate to cover. Chill until set.
Store, chilled, in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
