Mail Time

"Here's the mail,
it never fails,
it makes me want to wag my tail,
when it comes I want to wail, MAIL!"
We love...
going to the mailbox. It is fun to reach in and pull out a bundle of stacked papers to see what there is to read. Sports Illustrated and American Girl Doll magazines are big hits around here......but the biggest excitement comes when there is a letter!! Email is a great way to stay connected but there is nothing like getting a handwritten note all wrapped up in an envelope with your own name on it.
" We just got a letter....
We just got a letter....

We just got a letter....

I wonder who it's from?!"

And letters from friends and family are the very best kind to get!

    Reading your blog reminded me of our little Blues Clues player - miss hearing that song played at our house. Alea - I will write you a letter too - soon!!!!

    We love those envelopes too!! Gum even makes it through those envelope sorters, it just gets a LITTLE mushed.
